Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from Shishi, Quanzhou, Fujian, China. We do not hold local stock in Singapore.

Complimentary Singapore delivery

All orders delivered to Singapore include complimentary delivery, with no minimum purchase. This applies to single items, multiple sets and mixed-product orders. You can place your order directly through checkout.

Need your bedding for a particular date?

If you would like help checking delivery timing for your wedding or An Chuang preparations, contact us with your delivery postcode and needed-by date. We can help confirm stock availability and estimated dispatch and delivery timing. Please do not rely on an unconfirmed arrival date for a wedding or ceremony.

Delivery and tracking

Singapore orders are shipped from China via SF Express air service, with door-to-door delivery and shipment tracking. We will share the tracking details after dispatch. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays or delivery conditions.

For Singapore orders, allow approximately 2 business days for preparation after payment and 7 business days for SF Express air transit from China — around 9 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs clearance and delivery conditions may cause delays. Please allow extra time before a wedding or An Chuang date.

新加坡订单付款后预计备货 2 个工作日，顺丰空运运输约 7 个工作日，合计约 9 个工作日。工作日按周一至周五计算，不含公共假期。以上为预计时间，并非保证到货日期，清关及配送情况可能造成延误。如用于婚礼或安床，请额外预留准备时间。

Address changes and delivery issues

Please provide a complete address, postcode and reachable telephone number. Contact us promptly if your address changes or tracking shows a problem. If redelivery or a return is required, contact us to confirm the available options and any applicable charges before arranging it.
