For Singapore orders, allow approximately 2 business days for preparation after payment and 7 business days for SF Express air transit from China — around 9 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs clearance and delivery conditions may cause delays. All Singapore orders include free delivery, including multiple sets and mixed-product orders.

新加坡订单付款后预计备货 2 个工作日，顺丰空运运输约 7 个工作日，合计约 9 个工作日。工作日按周一至周五计算，不含公共假期。以上为预计时间，并非保证到货日期，清关及配送情况可能造成延误。新加坡所有订单均包邮，购买多套或混合款式也适用。

We ship from China by SF Express air service, with free delivery to Singapore. After dispatch, your shipping notification will include the tracking number and link. You can also open your order confirmation to view your order status.

If you cannot find the notification or need help with a delivery update, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. Arrival estimates depend on dispatch, destination and customs clearance; they are not guaranteed dates.

Your wedding date and the day you need your bedding ready may be different. If you plan a family bed-setting occasion beforehand, use that earlier date when discussing delivery.

Before ordering

Confirm the exact set, dimensions, included pieces and current availability. You can order directly. If you would like help planning around a ceremony or wedding date, you can share your postal code and needed-by date for a delivery estimate.

Our orders ship from China. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, and stock replenishment time is separate from transit time. Please allow extra time before a wedding or bed-setting date.

When the parcel arrives

1. Check the parcel for visible damage and keep the packaging while you inspect.
2. Check the style, colour, piece count and dimensions against your order.
3. Look over visible seams and embroidery before washing or using the set.
4. If something is wrong, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

A short unpacking video may be useful for your own records; this checklist does not make a video a condition of after-sales help.

Before setting up the bed

Follow the care instructions for your specific item and allow enough time for any preparation you choose. If your family has preferences about when the bedding is laid out, agree on those first.
