敬茶，一杯茶里的新称呼
敬茶是新人向长辈表达敬意的婚礼环节。茶递出去，接住的除了杯子，还有一声新的称呼和几句祝福。不同家庭对次序、地点与参与者的安排各不相同。有人在家完成，有人集中到婚礼场地。无论在哪儿，这段面对面相处的时间，都让两边家人有机会更正式地认识彼此。
Tea and a new family relationship
Serving tea allows the couple to express respect to elders, exchanging family forms of address and blessings along with the cup. The order, setting and participants vary. Some families gather at home, while others use a wedding venue. The ceremony makes space for meeting face to face in a new family relationship.
